The City of Albuquerque is committed to fair, ethical, and transparent public procurement practices. In the Purchasing Division of the Department of Finance and Administrative Services, we work to develop business partnerships that are critical to the City, and we strive towards continued service excellence.

March is National Public Procurement Month, a time to celebrate our dedicated staff of procurement professionals and you, our valued customers.

In that spirit, the City of Albuquerque’s Department of Finance and Administrative Services is pleased to invite you to participate in our first ever Virtual Vendor Workshop on Thursday, March 11, 2021 from 9:00am - 12:00pm. We will highlight what you need to know about doing business with the City of Albuquerque, including:

- Registering in the City’s vendor portal
- Responding to solicitations
- Matching quotes, purchase orders, and invoices

Our diverse panel of experts include representatives from our Purchasing and Accounting Divisions, who are working hard to bring this information to you. This is a terrific opportunity to learn what you need to know about building a business partnership with the City of Albuquerque, and a great chance to meet and speak with the people who work to make those partnerships successful.
