17:48
Hi everyone! Good to see you this evening.

18:20
BernCo Commissioner Charlene Pyskoty District5@bernco.gov

18:57
Thank you for attending Debbie.

22:44
Samantha, can you give us an update on the FBI =APD sting operation that got the serial bank robber arrested?

23:41
Hello. can you give us an update on the bank robber?

23:45
With regard to crime reporting, are the stats for 242-COPS, 911 calls and website reporting?

24:00
Is anyone monitoring this?

24:10
Welcome Commissioner Psykoty.

26:27
What are the rules for the public attending the meeting asking questions and who is monitoring this? If we are to listen only? Perhaps the CPC liaison can tell us or ask the Chair to let us know the protocal.

27:01
Good Evening Ma'am. If you have a question or comment please put it in chat, or utilize the Q&A

29:10
Asked a question above. With regard to the crime stats--are these the 242-cops, 911 calls and website reported crimes or what combination? The reason I ask is I witnesses a car break in. Called 242-COPS and was told I had to make the repot on the website ONLY and 242-COPS would not take the report.

30:47
Julie, we may need to get back to you on this question as we do not have a sworn APD representative here tonight.

31:14
Thank you. That would be fine. dreikeja@comcast.net

32:28
If you send me an email, I would be happy to send you the details of the incident, date and time.

39:59
As for the 242- COPS question. All calls for service are considered. We are utilizing different forms of reporting such as online reports, telephone reporting, sub station reports. Though they are different reports they are still counted towards the totals that are in our monthly CAD updates. If ever you do call 242-COPS and are asked to do an online report and are uncomfortable for any reason, you can request a telephone report. If you do not have suspect information you are more than welcome to come down to the FH Substation at 12800 Lomas NE and do a substation report.

45:20
What kind of impact has the border wall had on DEA's prevention, detection and disruption of drugs coming into the US?

45:40
If you have a question or comment, please place it in chat, or use the Q&A feature, and we will get to it in due course.

45:56
Thank you for the response. The 242-COPS staff member would not take the report. Next time, I will try again to have them take the report. I did make the report online.

Yes, the event today was a tragedy. I am glad that it was not worse than it was.

01:04:10
What is your comment when someone asks, Why not just make drugs legal?

01:10:12
Thank you for good information and resources provided.

01:11:25
Excellent presentation! Thank you, again!

01:11:59
Diane, I'm sorry you had to go through this. I have had a few scrapes with dangerous situations, and it stays with one for a while.

01:14:48
If you like the discussion tonight and you feel you might have 7 or 8 hours a month to be part of the solution, please consider joining the FH CPC, or if you live or work in another area command, that CPC. You will get recommendation opportunities with the City, and closer ties with APD. 01:25:59
Could the shootings in the foothills be drug cartel related!

01:26:32
Thank you, Carlos -- interesting/informative presentation. Stephen

01:27:11
Thank you Carlos, keep up the good work !!

01:30:13
Question for all attendees tonight; What sort of issues would you like to see covered by the Foothills CPC in the future? What sort of information would you feel is responsible and important for your community?

01:31:10
You can reach out to me with ideas at kmensah@cabq.gov, or Chair Idalia Lechuga-Tena at Idaliacpc@gmail.com

01:32:00
The best way to get information is from the news releases that occasionally give to the media on gang activity is watch for info in the ABQ Journal, when law enforce does release info.

01:32:38
Charlene, you should use Carlos in discussions of monies.

01:35:40
Thank you for your time Mr. Briano, excellent presentation.

01:38:43
Put a BCSO office in Franklin Center Juan Tabo and Central and use the lot for a helicopter pad.

01:41:52
I'd like to thank the FHCPC for all of their hard work tonight, APD for their devotion to a dangerous job, our guest tonight Mr. Briano for an excellent presentation, Commissioner Pyskoty for her comments and everyone who attended for putting in the effort.

01:46:17
With the officer shootings today, why can't the FHCPC sponsor a recommendation for a Blue Alert?

01:46:39
Rep Bill Rehm might be a good contact about the crime package for next month.r

01:48:12
Idalia, would you feel comfortable including your e-mail address in the newsletter for members of the community to pose questions after reading the newsletter?

01:48:32
If we had a Blue Alert, neighbors could go into lock down immediately. Bryan can you get FHCPC to do this?

01:50:48
My daughter-in-law lives in Glenwood and drive through the crime scene with her two children under ages 4. Not good, without a neighborhood alert immediately.

01:53:41
WTBON will do whatever we need to do. All ;should be on board with this Blue Alert. TX, AZ, CO, UT all have Blue Alerts but NM does not.

01:54:22
Well, obviously the City of ABQ does NOT know how to use ANY alert systems.

01:56:36
A Blue Alert would cover the Reservations as well.

01:58:53
Thank you Idalia
