Are there any neighborhood based offices or substation locations yet, or do you just use the mobile trailer? Is there a reason the hours are from 9-5p when a lot of crime happens during non-traditional hours? How are the relationships in the International District being fostered with the Community prosecutor's office, what strategies are really being used to engage the most impacted people?

Gun buy backs are a waste of time and money. They are proven ineffective in really addressing violence in the communities that experience the most violence.
